Urban Meyer's stay at ESPN might be short-lived. Blowing a huge lead in Lincoln (and future losses) might stop the Luke Fickell dead era in the water. JoePa won't be around forever either. Therefore, the B1G could be radically shaped by new hires in schools that need a shot of adrenaline.
Urban Meyer's name comes up due to his Midwest connections, particularly his Ohio roots. Penn State might not be the elite program it once was, but one would have to think that replacing JoePa is something a lot of already-storied coaches would love to do. It would be like coaching the Pittsburgh Steelers; you can name their head coaches in their history on one hand.
Aside from Urban Meyer, what other names pop up to you? Gruden?

It's funny how things can change in less than a month!
